Prevention of Infertility : By Dr.NAGI sexologist

 Prevention of Infertility

  • Prevention is difficult because of the lack of understanding of the causes of most types of male infertility.
  • Mumps orchitis is such a rare cause of infertility, immunization for this disease will have little impact. It is important to recognize that subfertility often is a couple problem, both partners contributing.
  • Therefore, general factors that would change a society’s attitude to child-bearing could have an important impact on the frequency of infertility, for example, a trend toward having children at earlier ages.
  • On the other hand, toxins and environmental factors known to cause defects of sperm production, such as dibromochlorobenzine, lead, benzene, ionizing radiation, and microwaves, are probably well controlled by environmental health measures.

  Preventable Diseases and Conditions

   Sexually transmissible infections.

  • Postgonococcal epididymal obstructions appear to be the most important cause of infertility from sexually transmitted diseases.
  • In countries where gonorrhea is treated promptly, postgonococcal epididymal obstruction is rare.
  • On the other hand, it remains a common preventable cause of infertility in other countries.

  Undescended testes.
Although undescended testes have been sought and treated aggressively over the past 50 years, previously undescended testes remain a common association of male infertility, affecting about 7 per cent of the men seen.
Varicocele.
As discussed above, the effectiveness of varicocelectomy for sperm defects is controversial.
Vasectomy.
Vasectomy reversal and treatment for continuing infertility after attempted vasectomy reversal are now common. Better counseling about the limited effectiveness of vasectomy reversal is needed. Cryopreservation of semen before vasectomy in men who are uncertain about their need for future fertility should be promoted. Also, cryopreservation of semen after vasectomy reversal, if the quality is adequate, is worthwhile because restenosis of the vasovasostomy sites can occur.

Semen Cryopreservation before Loss of Fertility
Men about to have treatment for malignant conditions may have sperm cryopreserved before commencing       chemotherapy or radiotherapy. While pretreatment semen quality may be too poor for AIH, ICSI now has improved the outlook for successful pregnancies. While the risks of having a child with a serious malformation or defect are difficult to estimate in humans semen collected during chemotherapy or radiotherapy must not be used because of the likelihood of induced mutations. Other illnesses that require treatment that might cause sterility include nephritis, prostatic disease, and inflammatory bowel diseases.
Infertile men with conditions such as orchitis or Young syndrome that might involve progressively declining semen quality should also store any live sperm that can be obtained as insurance for the future. A similar approach could be extended to adolescents with risk factors for infertility such as undescended testes in childhood, testicular torsion and also possibly, a family history of infertility or a father with a Yq microdeletion. While the frozen sperm are only used by a small proportion of men who store semen the service continues to provide insurance for future fertility. Some groups are offering to cryopreserve prepubertal testicular tissue prior to potentially sterilizing treatments in the expectation that effective techniques for transplantation or in vitro production of sperm will be developed in the future.

Low Sperm Count As a Major Cause of Male Infertility.

If a man is unable to get his partner to conceive after having a year of unprotected sexual intercourse perhaps it is time to consider matters rather more seriously. In males, one of the ways to assess fecundity is to evaluate the quantity of sperms produced. Low sperm count is one of the major causes of male infertility and this condition rarely manifests concrete signs. Thus, when planning to have a child, consider having some fertility assessments to determine if there are grounds of male infertility. Male infertility refers to the inability of a male to reproduce within a year of trying. Infertilities in males can be caused by different factors, and a large percentage of this is related to low sperm count. The count is “low” when less than 20 million healthy sperms are present per one ml of ejaculate. It is true that only one sperm is needed and will impregnate an egg. Once a sperm fertilized the egg, the other sperms can no longer fertilize it. Even so a great number of sperms are necessary since they improve the odds of fertilization to occur. Conversely, no one can say that a man with a low sperm number will be totally incapable of impregnating his mate. His sperms, as long as they are healthy and motile, can fertilize an egg. However, with only one traveling in finding the gem the chances are low. The less number of sperms, the less chances a male has in getting his mate pregnant and father a child. Low sperm count conditions are not permanent. In some instances, this condition is only temporary. This transient low sperm count may be caused by an exposure to critical factors. These factors include testicular injury, exposure to heat and other environmental factors, smoking, drugs, alcohol, some prescribed drugs, obesity, malnutrition, and stress. To improve the number of sperm, it is therefore crucial not to expose yourself to these factors. Exercising daily can also help lose excess weight and obesity. Try not to stress out yourself with casual routines. Also, avoid saunas and hot tubs. Couple this with eating a balanced diet and healthier lifestyle. In no time your sperm count will be boosted and returns back to normal. Following these simple tips can help improve sperm count and restore your fertility. A sufficient sperm count is necessary if you and your partner have been trying to have a child.

At our Dr.Nagi Clinic we provide best treatment for low sperm count, since 1937 we are offering patients with our 3 genration old formula. with the time we improved and making our efforts to provide u best u need.

How Can We Reduce Belly Fat with Ayurveda By: Dr.Nagi

ImageAccording to Ayurveda, belly fat can cause an increase in the kapha dosha. Belly fat can be reduced by eating a healthy diet, following an active lifestyle and avoiding afternoon siestas. This deposit of excess fat around the abdomen can be reduced if the below-mentioned tips are employed.

Take Care Of The Following

Avoid Sugar

Foods such as sweets, sweetened drinks, carbohydrate and oil rich foods increase kapha and Medha (body fat) and therefore, must be avoided. Carbohydrates when transformed into sugar in the body tend settle on the fat-friendly areas of the body (abdomen and thighs).

Reduce Rice in Diet

Include more wheat products in your diet than rice products. Use Green gram and horse gram to reduce kapha and Medha.

Drink Water

Drink a glass of warm water immediately after waking up in the morning. This is highly effective in reducing belly fat. Taking one glass of water every hour from the time you get up can also aid in burning of fat around the belly. You may also add one spoon of triphala chooran to water, boil it and take it with honey after every meal to reduce belly fat.

Minimize Salt Intake

Reduce the intake of salt and milk-based products, such as ice-creams and butter as these are high on sugar.

Eat Fruits

Ayurvedic practitioners suggest that one consume two fruits in the morning and one fruit every evening to reduce belly fat.

Avoid Afternoon Siesta

Avoid the afternoon siesta to prevent the slowing of basal metabolic rate and burn more calories.

Exercise

Exercises such as swimming, brisk walking and jogging also contribute to weight loss along with the above mentioned ayurvedic remedies to reduce belly fat.
Take 15 ml of varadi, a tonic and mix it with 60 ml boiled and cooled water. Add honey and have a spoonful every morning and evening. Rest for 15 minutes after taking the tonic.
Grind horse gram to a fine powder. Add it to heated sour buttermilk and apply this paste over the belly and massage vigorously in upward strokes. Horse gram is highly effective in reducing body fat. Bath in warm water for half an hour after the massage.

WHY AYURVEDIC MEDICINES ARE BEST FOR SEX PROBLEMS ?

Ayurveda has its own importance in the field of sexology.
(Rasayan & Vajikaran)
This is the only way by which sexual problems can be treated.
In Ayurveda only herbal medicines just like single drug therapy is also very much effective in many sexual disorders like Erectile Dysfunction, Premature Ejaculation, etc.As Ashwaganda, Shatavri are the best drug to use as a single drug therapy. Ayurveda cuts the roots of the disease. It treats the reason of the disease as in other therapy the treatment which is available that is all symptomatic. In Sexual problems this cannot  be much beneficial at some steps.
Ayurveda is the ancient medicine therapy. Ayurvedic medicines are having no side effects , which is the most beneficial part of this therapy. Ayurveda is a way a life it is not only a treatment. Ayurveda makes the life long and disease free. It keeps the people healthy all over the life. It is the best knowledge to keep your body healthy. Ayurvedic drugs are having the potential to treat sexual problems. It is preventive, protective, health primitive and curative in nature. This provides a constructive approach against destructive forces.
At our DR.NAGI CLINIC we are regularly having patients who have taken treatment from various reputed allopathic hospitals. By consuming even a huge amount of money on various investigations and many types of allopathic treatment they didn’t get any benefits, which is the worst part of that.
